"Managing contracts"

A common occurrence at work involves staying up-to-date and promptly updating information at all locations. I usually arrive early to tackle emails and prepare for the project team meeting. In my current role, I manage the opening and closing of the facility, supervise a team of six employees, and handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, drafting documents, filing, and assisting customers. Additionally, I offer excellent customer service by addressing payment and technical support issues for vendors and field service engineers.
