I have had negative experiences working with other companies, but I find that this company, despite offering lower salaries and benefits compared to others, is a good fit for me. I appreciate the annual gifts, average annual dinner, festive and appreciation gifts provided by this company. Additionally, I find that the staff and management are fair and open to criticism.
