· Drive Sales: Confidentially recommend personalized skincare regimens, upselling high-value treatments and retail products.

· Operational Excellence: Maintain immaculate sanitation standards for all tools, keep accurate inventory counts, and preserve a immaculate workstation.

· Team Synergy: Work seamlessly with management and team members to maintain an inviting, high-energy studio environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At 1 year of hands-on experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
Qualifications: SKM 2 & 3 or professional beauty certifications are highly preferred.
Skin Expertise: Solid understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols.
Communication & Care: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect warmly with clients, peers, and management.
Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
