Beginning work at 8 or 9 am is dependent on engagement, and employees are expected to work at least 8 hours per day. I have gained valuable experience from my senior colleagues, including managing a semi-active company and participating in company group consolidation. The workplace has good management and a friendly atmosphere, with seniors who are willing to patiently guide and teach junior employees. The most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with clients who are unwilling to provide necessary information. However, the most rewarding part of the job is the opportunity to learn new things that were not covered in my education.
