BCC Travel Sdn Bhd was established on 20 October 2005 and wholly owned by BCC Engineering Sdn Bhd a Bumiputra Company.

 

It is a licensed Bumiputra travel company which provides a full fledge travel services and solutions which includes worldwide airlines ticket reservation, tourists visa applications, hotel reservations, Meetings , Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions (MICE) and customize travel arrangements for individuals, government agencies and corporations.

 

Our business focus on Travel and Leisure.  We provide products to sell and services to our precious customer  

 

The Company provides a wide range oft ravel and tour related services such as follows:-

 a) Domestic and International Airlines Ticketing & Reservation.

In addition, we provide value-added services such as:

-Delivery of air tickets and travel documents either to

customers’ offices, residence or at the airport.

-Airport check-in – we assist and take care of checking-in at

the airport. These services are specialize for VIPs and First

Class customers and also extended to Incentive & Group

Travel customers.

-Re-routing and ticket revalidation services.

-Flight Confirmation – we provide complimentary services to

our customers

 

b) Application of Visas – the company has well-trained and

experienced staff to handle customers’ visa application.

 

c) Hotel Reservation – we handle and provide domestic and

worldwide hotel reservation services. Being an accredited travel

agency, we have access to all major hotels worldwide to serve

various clients needs.

d) Inbound and Outbound Tours – we specialize in handling VIPs

luxury tours, Corporate’s Meetings / Incentives / Convention /

Exhibition (MICE) packages. Nevertheless, we also provide health

tourism needs, muslim travelers, educational, business or technical

visits specialty packages. We provide personal consultative

approach and arrange each tour itinerary according to the needs of

our customers and assist them in total, from transportation

requirements (airport transfers to rental of VIP limousines etc) as

well as special meal arrangements and/or religious facilities.
