Ex-Employee, years in the role"This is a rewarding job."
The boutique resort is a stunning place to work with beautiful rooms and a great team of kind-hearted individuals. I worked there for over five years because of the wonderful owner.
Kitchen Team Member
Ex-Employee, years in the role"Welcoming management, atmosphere, and work environment"
In 2017, I interned at Batu Batu and found the environment, staff, and management to be very welcoming. Despite the normal stress of work, I was able to relax and unwind with nature and my colleagues. The HR team organized enjoyable activities for new employees during orientation, and the food at the canteen was delicious. The accommodation was comfortable, making it my most enjoyable internship experience.
Front Desk Receptionist
Current Employee, years in the role"Positive Work Atmosphere"
The staff is very friendly and enjoys picnics and bonding with their coworkers during the low season. However, the management is lacking, particularly in their closed-mindedness towards foreign workers.
