There are three shifts available at the outlet, each lasting 9 hours with a 1-hour break included. Employees receive a free drink daily and may be rewarded by the head of operations for good attendance. The operations manager is crucial for the smooth running of the outlet, as poor management can lead to issues. However, the young and fun staff make the workplace enjoyable, and good communication makes learning about coffee easier.

I was happy and enjoyed working here, but now I have been told to take days off due to a drop in sales. I have not worked for 2 weeks now, and I am confused as to why new staff members have been hired while I am not working. Sometimes my overtime salary is paid, but other times it is ignored. I am concerned about how the management is handling the company. I need this job to support my family and two children. Thank you for everything, but please consider improving the management team.
