We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Junior to assist our sales team in attracting new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our travel and Umrah packages, following up with leads, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market Umrah & tour packages through various channels.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
Handle customer inquiries (online & offline) and provide detailed package information.
Assist in managing social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
Help create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and short videos.
Participate in roadshows, booths, or promotional events to promote company packages.
Prepare sales and marketing performance reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Management or related fields.
Strong interest in the Umrah & travel industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is an advantage.
Positive attitude, disciplined, and proactive.
