We are looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Video Editor cum Videographer.

Your main responsibility is to create high-converting ad creatives using manipulation techniques and AI tools. You will be producing scroll-stopping, performance-focused video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Video Editing (Main Priority)

Edit short-form and long-form ads designed to convert (leads/sales/registrations).
Create powerful hooks within the first 3 seconds.
Add dynamic captions, motion graphics, sound design, and engaging transitions.
Repurpose long content into multiple ad variations.
Optimize videos based on performance data.

AI Content Production

Use AI tools to:
Generate scripts
Create voiceovers
Produce AI visuals or enhancements
Generate variations at scale
Improve editing workflow efficiency
Stay updated with AI creative tools (Runway, CapCut AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)

Performance-Driven Creative

Understand ad metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Watch Time, Conversion Rate).
Work closely with the marketing team to improve creatives based on real performance data.
Produce multiple versions of ads for split testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
