Roles & Responsibilities

Experienced in the full spectrum of Human Resource from recruitment, payroll & statutory compliance, employee relation, industrial relations, preparation of HR letters, training & development and HR reports.
Assist in end to end recruitment process from pre to post hiring including job posting, sourcing, selection, interview scheduling and liason with the Hiring Manager.
Experience in processing end to end payroll including statutory payment and manpower reports.
To assist in onboarding and coordinate other training & development initiative in-house and external programmes. Familiar with HRD Corporation and claims.
Responsible for updating and monitoring employees data, attendance records for any habitual lateness / absentees, claims, leaves records.
To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HR-related matters.
Ensure timely upkeep of HR documents.
To perform any other task as assigned by the Head of HR from time to time.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration.
Candidate must be independent, motivated, possess great initiative, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure including working extra hours at certain times of the month to meet set deadline(s).
Candidate must have two (2) years working experience in Human Resource and Administration including payroll processing.
Candidate that have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook) will be added as advantage.
Candidate that have experience with Kakitangan HR system will be added as advantage.
Candidate that have experience with Expatriate Services Division (ESD) will be added as advantage.
Candidate that have experience with Statutory Bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, Zakat & HRD Corp.) will be added as advantage.
Candidate that can start IMMEDIATELY will be added as advantage.
Candidate must be willing to work at Jalan 223, Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
