About Aqina Poultry Sdn Bhd

Our story began over 20 years ago, driven by a simple passion: providing families with delicious, healthy chicken products. Our founder, Dato' Tan Chin Long, started by trading live chickens from Malaysia to Singapore. As our customer base grew, so did our vision. In 1994, Boong Poultry Pte Ltd was born, marking our first step into a larger mission.

We didn't stop there. Recognizing the increasing demand, we expanded into semi-integrated chicken production, owning farms in Malaysia to ensure fresh, high-quality products for our valued clients.

But our ambition extended beyond just volume. We envisioned ourselves as a "Healthier Meat Choices" provider, committed to offering halal-processed chicken that met ethical and sustainable standards. This led to the establishment of our state-of-the-art slaughtering and processing plant in 2015, certified by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia.

Over the years, Aqina Group has grown significantly, investing in poultry processing, production, and kampung chicken breeding. We're relentless in our pursuit of quality, implementing stringent measures to ensure every product meets the expectations of our valued customers.
