I only work during weekdays and office hours, but I have gained a lot of knowledge. I have learned how to interpret plans, perform remote switching, repair and calibrate components and machine parameters, understand the factory production process, wire inverters, identify faulty components, and prepare for meetings. The teamwork among the workers is excellent, and I am constantly learning something new every day. The workers are also very supportive and helpful.
