I have taken part in CI training that covered two methods: ACE (Air Products Cause and Effect) and CI sub process Mapping and waste analysis. The ACE event involves identifying a problem, setting improvement targets, determining causes, planning actions for improvement, and visually tracking progress. Mapping is used to identify waste in a process and distinguish between value added and non-value added steps. Waste analysis is used to quantify the waste. As a result, I have participated in two CI events to address Billing Complaint Resolution Time and reduce the number of cancelled billing documents.
