Your Role

Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobility solutions
Demonstrate product features and benefits confidently
Deliver a premium customer experience with warmth, patience, and respect
Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
Stay updated on product knowledge and inventory availability
Assist with light stock handling and showroom upkeep
Create engaging social media content, including TikTok videos, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

What We're Looking For

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Willingness to learn and continuously improve
Responsible, mature, and professional attitude
Able to handle moderate physical activities when required
Immediate availability is an advantage

Bonus Points If You Have:

Retail sales experience
Healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical device experience
Experience creating social media content
Experience in customer service or hospitality industries

Working Information

Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Schedule:
6 days per week (1 weekday rest day)

Public Holidays:
Required to work (Paid at 2x hourly rate)
