POSITION TITLE : Marketing Manager (Security and Cleaning Sevices Unit)

REPORTS TO: CEO

SUPERVISES: CEO

WORK LOCATION: Johor Bahru

HOURS OF WORK: 5-Day week

GRADE/RANGE: Senior Executive

AGE: 35 years to 50 years old

QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma/Degree Holder, preferably in HR Management or related field

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
More than than 5 years in handling, and managing the marketing and sales of Security and Cleaning services, ability to use innovative methods to develop and grow the business further in an effective way.

LANGUAGE:
Converse well in Bahasa Malaysia & English, the ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.

SALARY PACKAGE :

RM5,000.00 (Basic), Fixed Mobile & Transport Allowance available.

TRAVEL: Outstation from time to time (if there is a requirement)

OTHERS: Own a valid driving license & possess your means of Transport

START WORK: As soon as possible (After serving proper notice with the current employer).

2. POSITION OVERVIEW:

The position contributes primarily to the marketing and sale of the company's security and cleaning services to existing and new clients throughout the West Coast of Malaysia, and creating value to grow and develop the brand’s products and services further, by exploring new sectors and areas of growth. Not limited to the private sector.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Smooth management of the end-to-end process of marketing, securing, tracking, and closing the service contract agreement for security and cleaning services with clients. Ability to roll out strategic business and marketing plans for the year with an agreed budget.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

a) Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products and services for the security and cleaning side of the business.

b) Achieving targets set out by the company for marketing and sales targets for the agreed timeline set out.

c) Organizing promotional events and coordinating the marketing of products and services.

d) Providing progressive Marketing Tracking Reports on a Bi-Weekly Basis.

e) Leading and training teams of Marketing Associates as may be the case from time to time.

f) Reviewing and Reporting progress on marketing efforts and campaigns periodically, as set out by the company

g) Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets

h) Partnering with product development and estimating product demand

i) Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management

CO-ORDINATION COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Attend scheduled monthly meetings to allow new and recent policy updates to be shared and discussed.

To provide the Management Team with Tracking Marketing Reports from time to time (within the organization) with periodic updates and progress on the status of the marketing initiatives and targets that had been set, bi-weekly, and monthly basis reports, and to ensure confidentiality of such reports.
