Basic Salary: RM4,000/month
Attendance Allowance: RM350/month
Transport Allowance: RM150/month

Our client is an established international beverage and food retail brand with a growing presence in Malaysia. The company is committed to delivering premium-quality beverages, excellent customer service, and an enjoyable customer experience. They are currently looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily store operations and drive business performance.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the overall daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth business operations.
Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure sufficient manpower during operating hours.
Monitor outlet sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Manage outlet operational costs, including manpower, inventory, wastage, and utilities.
Ensure products are prepared according to company SOPs and food safety standards.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, stock movement, and supplier coordination.
Execute company promotional campaigns and support new product launches.
Prepare operational reports and update management on outlet performance.
Coach and develop team members to improve performance and customer service standards.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outlet, retail, F&B, or restaurant management.
Experience leading and managing outlet staff.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of outlet operations, inventory control, and customer service.
Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
