Answering both incoming and outgoing calls is part of our job. When customers call us for inquiries about outstanding payments, technical issues, sales, or other matters, we address their concerns by emailing the relevant department for follow-up and keeping the customers informed. On the other hand, our outbound team contacts customers to alert them about alarms triggered at their premises and ensure everything is in order. If customers are unavailable, we arrange for patrol teams to be dispatched to their location. Our services cover Malaysia and India.
