We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to elevate our online presence and connect with our audience in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Shopee, Lazada and Facebook.
Create visually appealing photos, videos, and graphics that align with the Adore Fragrance brand identity.
Write compelling captions and engaging posts to drive audience interaction.
Content Strategy & Planning
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and brand goals.
Monitor trends and incorporate them into content to stay relevant.
Audience Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Initiate and participate in interactive content, such as polls, quizzes, and live sessions, to build community engagement.
Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Use insights to refine content strategies and improve results.
Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to produce collaborative content.
Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure content aligns with product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or a similar role.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Capcut, or equivalent software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Preferred Skills

Experience in e-commerce or the beauty/fragrance industry.
Basic photography and videography skills.
