When I first started at Ace, I thought it was a small company, but despite its size, the company always ensures that every employee is well taken care of and happy. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and managers, as we face new challenges every day. We work together as a team to solve any problems that arise, and everyone has a role to play. I have made many friends here and some colleagues feel like family. The managing director is direct and shares his perspective with us, which helps us see things differently. As long as we are proactive and stay on top of our work, the stress levels are low.
