I am responsible for overseeing a team of 5 representatives who handle the southern and eastern regions of Malaysia. I am required to travel approximately half of the time. The management at Abbott, to whom I report, is exceptional. They are understanding of both my personal needs and the needs of the business, and they provide us with the necessary support to meet our targets. I have strong relationships with both my colleagues and those who report to me, and we collaborate effectively. The most challenging aspect of my role is implementing changes among my subordinates during this period of rapid evolution in the pharmaceutical industry. Despite the challenges, I find great satisfaction in my job as I enjoy coaching and helping others succeed.
