About 4U Academy Sdn Bhd
4U Interpersonal Education Academy – The Leading Brand in Practical Talent Training
The establishment of 4U Interpersonal Education Academy stems from the dedication of its founder, Michael Jiang Wei Chen, who has spent over 20 years mentoring major corporations across Asia. He observed that the most significant challenge in society today stems from difficulties in managing "interpersonal relationships", prompting him to dedicate his efforts to helping people face this critical life issue.
In 2003, this passion matured and flourished, as Michael successfully gathered like-minded and outstanding individuals to establish the academy. The focus was on creating a foundation for "Win-Win Interpersonal Learning".
The name 4U is derived from an approach based on behavioral science’s four personality types, refined through Michael’s teaching experience with hundreds of thousands of participants and firsthand observations. This system offers a comprehensive, solid, and authoritative framework for applying interpersonal behavior models in education and training.
Unlike typical courses that aim to "change behavior", 4U emphasizes analyzing the four personality behavior models to thoroughly resolve interpersonal issues in businesses. Through scenario-based teaching, it targets the core of problems directly. Participants are guided to deeply "understand themselves and others", enabling comprehensive and objective observation. By reflecting on values and goals, they effectively acquire practical skills to adapt and implement flexible approaches.
The innovative 4U-style thinking guides corporate leaders, managers at all levels, teams, and individuals to better understand the essence of human nature in interpersonal interactions. Through mastering the science of win-win interpersonal behavior, they can discover effective ways to motivate others intrinsically, foster shared commitment, and achieve outstanding results with a human-centered practical approach.
