3cat is a high-growth circular economy start-up with a bold ambition: to make secondhand electronics the first choice in South East Asia. At the core of our proposition is a disciplined focus on value creation: Like-new electronics at up to 60% cheaper than new, underpinned by a 12-month warranty period and a customer experience benchmarked to best-in-class service standards.  Our omnichannel retail platform is underpinned by advanced Ai-powered systems. 

Founded in 2023 as a single-store operation specialising in pre-owned Apple products in Kuala Lumpur, 3cat has rapidly evolved into one of Malaysia’s largest tech-enabled retailers of high-quality used electronics. Today, our platform spans 23 strategically located retail outlets nationwide, integrated with AI-driven e-commerce capabilities that enable data-led decision-making, scalable growth, and operational excellence. We have bold ambitions to scale 3cat to 100 retail stores across multiple Southeast Asian markets within the next two (2) years, building one of the region’s most impactful circular economy platforms.
