Our beginning was established in the 1973 – in a small town of Butterworth, Malaysia and incorporated as STF Industries Sdn Bhd in 2003. For more than 40 years we have remained as a family-owned company and committed to our core business of manufacturing safety helmets.

STF Industries Sdn Bhd has always been in the forefront of manufacturing safety helmets for the local and regional markets. Our helmets have over the years gained much recognition for its quality and craftsmanship. STF Industries Sdn Bhd helmets’ are certified with Malaysia Standard MS 1:1996 (SIRIM) and others.

With our extensive network of distribution channels, ARC helmets can be found in all major motorcycle retailers in Malaysia. ARC and NOVA have been our brand names in Malaysia for more than 20 years. They are widely accepted as the premium helmet, which meet the demands for quality, design and comfort. We will relentlessly continue to enhance the quality of our helmets to reach even higher standards, and surely, in the very near future they will be recognised as world-class helmets – especially in composite helmets sector.
