Crascentia manages strata / individual residential landed / apartment, commercial office building (CBD) and mixed development. Crascentia provides efficient, effective and professional property management services and business solutions to Joint Management Body (JMB), Management Corporation (MC), Resident Association (RA), developers, corporate clients and property owners in Johor, KL, Selangor and Sabah.

Crascentia have more than 250 employees are currently managing 45 service projects in Malaysia.
