Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in creating compelling, high-impact visual content that strengthens brand identity, enhances customer experience, and supports business growth. As a customer-centric and commercially driven organization, all visual outputs must be attractive, creative, and thoughtfully designed to drive footfall and deliver measurable commercial impact. This role is integral to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring that all design materials adhere to our company’s aesthetic standards and align with strategic objectives.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and visually compelling designs that support marketing, product, and communication objectives, contributing to overall business growth. This role requires a passionate, technically skilled, and versatile designer capable of translating strategic ideas into engaging visuals across both digital and physical touchpoints. Responsible for end-to-end execution—from photoshoots and content creation to final delivery—the designer will produce high-quality assets across a wide range of media, including advertising, POSM, presentation decks, signage, product packaging, exhibitions, publications, and corporate communications.
