The ability to multi-task, communicate and manage drivers is critical for the success in this role. The candidate is required to: 1. Receive route orders and plan on-boarding procedures for passengers; 2. Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries in process of onboarding; 3. Ensuring that routes are running effectively and efficiently; 4. Plan, route and co-ordinate with suitable drivers on their routes; 5. Assist in training and ensuring that service quality is upheld; 6. Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively and effectively; 7.
