Provide efficient and professional services to parents and students to help them find the most suitable courses and teachers

Receive and consult parents and students, answer their questions about courses, teachers, tutoring centers, etc, and provide relevant information and suggestions.

Maintain the customer relationship of the counseling center, maintain good communication with parents and students, and provide timely feedback on their needs and opinions.

Manage and maintain the student files and course information of the tutoring center, including student attendance records, class schedules, grades, etc., to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.

Assist teachers and the Academic Affairs Office to manage the course progress and arrangement to ensure the smooth progress of the course.

Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including formulating and implementing promotional plans for the tuition center, designing and distributing promotional materials, and building trust and good reputation with parents and students.

Handle complaints and problems from students and parents, coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage and maintain the front desk environment of the tuition center to ensure that the front desk is clean and tidy, in line with the company's image

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced swim teacher to join our team. As a swim teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and fun learning environment for young children while teaching them essential swimming skills. This is a part-time position, we fit our time for our students.

We expect our teachers to take up only what they can take in.

Responsibilities:

Teach swimming lessons to children between the ages of 6 months to adult students.

Create a safe and fun learning environment for learner.

Develop lesson plans that meet the needs of each learner.

Evaluate children's progress and provide feedback to parents.

Ensure that all safety rules and procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:

Experience swimmer knowing all 4 Basic strokes. Training is provided regardless of experience or not as our in-house teaching method and system is unique.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be comfortable in the water and able to swim proficiently.

The job is base on assignment basis. Each assignment will be repeated weekly and last for years.

Requirements:

PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE Report to the Director of Finance & HR and to the Finance Manager the full spectrum of accounting functions and all areas of financial accounting. B.
