Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication) with 2 to 4 years of experience in a Marketing or Account Management role.Experience with heavy vendor/KOL reporting or agency environments is a major plus; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to lead content localization. Must be a persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly and confidently negotiate with external vendors.Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
A highly organized professional with a "hawk eye" for detail and a strong analytical mindset. Comfortable managing spreadsheets, budgets, and T&Cs while looking past surface-level "likes" to focus on conversion data, efficiency, and ROI.
