To assist restaurant manager to meet all operations KPIs in the respective store

Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume

To provide coaching to team members on their day-to-day operationsli>To always maintain effective communication

To assist in active recruiting plan when necessary

To achieve company service goals and service targets during the shift

To uphold Domino’s Pizza’s policies and standards

To handle all customer complaints and resolved it in a timely manner

To assist restaurant manager on their weekly administrative paperwork as and when needed

Greet customers

Assist customers to make the right purchase according to their needs

Respond to customers' queries

Responsible for processing payments

Ensuring shelves are stocked with merchandise

Balancing cash with total sales and handing over daily cash to supervisor at the end of day

Keep the store clean and tidy, this involves sweeping and mopping at least once a day

Responsible for store security

Be involved with stock management, including receiving stocks from the warehouse/other branches
