  • • Fully responsible for Automation Department, directly reporting to the General Manager.
  • • Independently in designing full automated production machines, machine parts
  • and tooling.
  • • Applying 2D and 3D modelling software design tools to create machine designs,
  • designing manufacturing automation equipment and to assist in factory layout proposals.
  • • Make recommendations to modify or replace equipment as necessary to
  • support new products, demand or improve productivity.
  • • Design, plan, coordinate, and implement factory automation in manufacturing
  • processes.
  • • Construct equipment and devices with automatic equipment aimed
  • at feeding, processing, transferring, adjusting, measuring and testing;
  • taking into account corporate standard components and processes.
  • • Perform financial justification and manages capital projects from inception
  • to completion.
  • • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive business and organizational results.

  • Responsibilities:
  • • To inspect low voltage instrumentation equipment and facility equipment.
  • • To ensure all the equipment are in good condition for facility area and productionclean
  • room.
  • • To modify electrical wiring system as and when required.
  • • Able to troubleshooting, control wiring, instrumentation wiring.
  • • Perform round, reading for all facility equipments and attend to system alarm.
  • • Responsible for total plant electrical system maintenance such as Make-Up Air Units, Fan Filter Units, Fan Coil Units, Gas Delivery Systems, Process Cooling Water system, Solvent Scrubber, Gen. Exhaust, Process Vacuum and UPS system schedule and preventive maintenance and not limited to following duty and functions.
  • • To support other ad-hoc duties that being assigned from time to time.
  • Requirements:
  • • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering / Chargeman AO/A1/A4.
  • • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field/manufacturing/industrial is
  • required for this position.
  • • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in maintenance / repair.
  • • Possess strong leadership skills, committed and willing to learn.
  • • Knowledge in facility equipment such as HVAC, CDA, VACUUM, BULK GASES and BUILDING
  • will be an added advantage.
  • • Minimum 2 years working experience in handling a High Voltage System ( Generator Set ) AO
  • Chargeman.
  • • Candidates must be willing to work at Senai, Johor.
  • • Possess own transport and willing to work on rotating shift.
