  • - Assist in drafting, reviewing and advice on various types of agreements and contractual documents entered into by the Company.
  • - Instruct and liaise with the Company’s external counsel on litigation matters.
  • - Drafting and preparing cause papers for court cases.
  • - To monitor changes and updates the relevant laws and regulation issues that may impact the business.
