Ensure that a professional standard of Customer Care, Merchandising and Display, Stock Control and Administration is developed and maintained so that Sales Targets are achieved.
Ensure that subordinates are effectively supervised and well-trained to carry out their responsibilities and tasks.
Ensures effective and economic use of staff in retail Operations Department to achieve its objectives.
Promotes Professionalism of Staff in Retail Operations Department.
Undertakes other tasks as required by Superiors.
Identifies and trains staff with good potential for development.
Develops and maintains administrative procedures and methods of the shops and the Department in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintains Communications links with staff in retail Operations Department and other Departments within the Company.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and advice on various types of agreements and contractual documents entered into by the Company.
- Instruct and liaise with the Company’s external counsel on litigation matters.
- Drafting and preparing cause papers for court cases.
- To monitor changes and updates the relevant laws and regulation issues that may impact the business.
- To provide legal advice to the company including vetting legal instruments and letters.
- To handle and supervise on any ad-hoc tasks.
- Handle other management tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must posses at least a Degree in Law or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience, however resourceful fresh graduate will also be considered. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
- Candidate must posses an ability to interpret and draft legal documentations.
- Possess high integrity and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision as well as independently and multi-task effectively.
