  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all aspects of HR function which includes compensation and benefits, manpower planning and recruitment, training and development, performance management, company policies and regulations etc.
  • Involve in payroll processing and management and to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the related works.
  • Liaise with government bodies for HR purposes, especially on statutory-related matter.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing, as well as information update and confidentiality.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per requested by the Management from time to time.
  • Job Requirements and Details:
  • Willing to be based in Kudat,Sabah
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable.
  • With a minimum education level of Diploma/Degree in business management/HR/administration or equivalent.
  • Proven year(s) of working experience in HR/administration/accounts field is highly preferable.
  • Familiar in payroll is highly preferable. Good knowledge in HR system will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in CHI,ENG,BM is a Must
  • Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 8.00AM - 5.30PM (with 1 and half hour lunch break)
  • Willing to outstation if necessary.
  • Possess own laptop to work if necessary.
  • Good coordination & communication skills, high accountability & detailed oriented.

  • 1. Input commands from computer terminal and oversee that mineral processing operations are carried out without error in processing plant
  • 2. Maintain a calendar detailing work order to ensure that all tasks can be completed on time
  • 3. Ensure that materials and other equipment are fully stocked and ready for use
  • 4. Perform light maintenance on equipment and systems in order to prevent problems or errors
  • 5. Ensure software updates are installed and bugs are fixed as needed for machines in processing plant
  • 6. Troubleshoot software and hardware problems that are reported and resolve them
  • 7. Report any problems or malfunctions to the necessary computer technician
  • 8. Check that local area networks are functioning properly, and resolve or repair issues when they are identified

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Do daily pre-operation checklist for electrical equipment. Accomplish electrical checklist.
  • Do periodic maintenance of production electrical equipment, control panels, panel boards, and electrical systems inside the company.
  • Trouble shooting of electrical troubles.
  • Carry out procedure for trouble prevention
  • Report impending problems that maybe encountered
  • Report daily activities.
  • Carry out any others duties as and when given by immediate superiors.
  • Requirements
  • Min SPM and above qualification with good communication skills.
  • At least 2 years electrical technician course.
  • At least 2 years working experience as an electrical technician
  • Knowledgeable in circuit diagrams of electrical devices and systems and must know how to read electrical plans.
  • Know how to connect and setup control panel and panel boards.
  • Have basic knowledge of standard wirings in buildings, machines, and equipment.
  • Able to work overtime when needed.
  • Willing to be based in Kudat, Sabah.
