General Affairs Admin – Plan, budget and identify requirement for office furniture and equipment, facility and amenities for employees, purchases of office equipment and general facilities
Manage vendors appointment and performance for general administration areas e.g canteen, security, cleaning services, landscaping, waste management for existing and new plants
Security Management – Lead Security Team to plan and ensure sufficient resources including manpower, security hardware and systems (CCTVs, face scanner, walk-through detectors, posts, checkpoints, tools and equipment), SOPs and procedures for existing and new plants
Canteen Management – Appointment of vendors, establish systems for quality food services, cashless transactions for both existing and new plants
Hostel and Transport Management for workers – Manage a team of auditors to ensure high quality standards of hostels among agencies in compliance with the government and customer requirements especially with regards to Covid 19 prevention
Expatriate Management – Ensure efficient management of flight bookings, hotel and apartment accommodation as well as transportation services for expatriate. Manage daily attendance and welfare in communication with HQ (Taiwan)
Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) – Oversee the entire ESH requirement from business start up to maintenance of systems, EMS ISO 14001 and OSHMS ISO 45001, RBA, CSR, customer audits for both existing and new plants and scheduled waste management
Project Management – Lead new plant set up in General Administration areas such as identifying new plant requirement, manage formal transfer of ownership and handling over documentation from previous ownership, business licensing application to local authorities and monitor project progress

- Engage in lesson planning and implementation, preparation of teaching materials, and classroom environment to ensure effective teaching and learning for children
Stakeholder Relations -
To engage and keep parents informed on the children's progress

To maintain hygiene, health, safety, supervision and security standards pertaining to children’s care and well-being
Team Spirit & Development
- To work with the center’s colleagues to organize, participate, and support the Centre’s curriculum events, marketing events and required training

Handle multi legal entities’ full sets of accounts.
Lead and work with the team to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable, perform monthly account reconciliations, and monitor general ledger transactions.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly closing of accounts are timely and accurate.
Prepare and review the month-end financial close, tax filing/reporting, and compliance with the local tax authority.
Prepare financial statements and support the annual statutory audit.
Provide financial information to clients in the preparation of annual budget/forecasts.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.
Collect and analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.

Negotiate terms and check all commercial terms from the proposal / order of acceptance to ensure compliance with company policies.

Key client account servicing by cultivating client relationship and identifying opportunities to obtain new clients or increase current client contracts
Manage the customer services and relationship through regular feedbacks and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service business growth and customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper procedures to minimise pilferages, losses and or damages.
Ensure all required documentation being done in accordance with company existing system and procedures.
