1) Responsible for full spectrum payroll processing of monthly and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations.
2) Liaise with external agencies for foreign staff working permit and apply EP & PVP at ESD portal.
3) Assist in Industrial and Employee Relations matters including drafting of Show Cause and warning letter, conducting investigations and counselling, prepare investigation reports, assist in domestic inquiries and writing minutes of domestic inquiry meeting.
4) To handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action including conduct domestic inquiry whenever required.
5) Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks and ensure that right candidates are recruited within the given deadline.
6) Handling staff correspondences which including letter of appointment, confirmation, increment and other employment related letters.
7) Assist in identifying legal requirement and government reporting regulations and preparation of information requested or required for compliance.
8) Assist in training and submission of HRDF grants and claims
9) To assist in any additional tasks as and when necessary
10) Other assigned duties as required.
Job Requirements
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent in any discipline complemented with relevant experience
2) Working knowledge of the Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation
3) Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Human Resources, in HR generalist especially in payroll processing & management.
4) Good interpersonal and communication skills with great sence of urgency
5) Independent and able to work minimum supervision
6) Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word & SQL Payroll
7) Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

• To arrange pick up goods, request container stuffing, filling documents.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers such as carriers, warehouse operators and insurance companies.
