Early years teachers instruct students, primarily young children, in basic subjects and creative play with the aim of developing their social and intellectual skills in an informal way in preparation for future formal learning. They create lesson plans, possibly in accordance with a fixed curriculum, for an entire class or smaller groups and test the students on the content. These lesson plans, based on basic subjects, can include the instruction of number, letter, and colour recognition, days of the week, categorisation of animals and transport vehicles etc. Early years teachers also supervise students outside the classroom on school grounds and enforce rules of behaviour there as well.
Assistants support all the efforts and operations carried out by manager .They prepare reports in relation to the operations needed by other departments, especially account and financial divisions. They ensure that resources needed by the managers to perform their job are in place.

3. Ensure assigned kindergarten classroom decorations and teaching aids, and ensure all materials are updated accordingly, always neat, and tidy.
4. Assist the principal in updating and sharing activities with parents in social media and parent teacher meeting.
Kindergarten Operation
1. Conduct and monitor children activities in kindergarten such as pray, meal time, and nap time.
2. Document student attendance, ensure safety, and well-being and treat each child with love and care at all times.
3. Assist children in taking bath, getting dress, eating and cleaning of themselves.
4. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students from arrival of the students to dismissal.
Daycare
1. Ensure the health and safety of children from their arrival and until dismissal.
2. Ensure smooth operations in preparing and handling food for breakfast, lunch and tea time.
3. Ensure cleanliness and supervise in all cleaning activities at the daycare area.
4. Perform other duties when needed such as assisting in kindergarten events, and opening or closing the kindergarten’s gate based on the kindy schedule.

Minimum a diploma/degree holder in Science or Engineering, preferably in Environmental related discipline.
With 1-4 years experience in the implementation and maintenance of Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) in factory setting.
Working experience in rubber glove manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Keen to learn new knowledge and strive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Group Risk Management
Assist to implement the HARPS Risk Management System (HRMS).
Function as Lead Risk Assessor to lead the internal risk assessment and the risk assessment audit together with the rest of risk assessors for the group to ensure the effectiveness of HRMS.
Consolidate the final reports for review.
Assist to promote the risk awareness of the group.
Group Environmental, Social and Governance, ESG & Compliance
Assist to implement the group ESG framework and objectives as defined in group ESG strategy road map.
To establish and implement the group ESG strategic actions.
Promote the group awareness via effective communication and necessary training on the defined ESG strategic actions.
Work closely with various interfaced departments on ESG related matter and consolidating the monthly ESG report
Coordinating EMS ISO14001/social compliance audit (Internal/External) based on the requirements and interval established.
Support the EMS ISO14001/social compliance audit report (Internal/External) and follow-up for the closure of non-conformances raised.
Function as EMR (Environmental Management Representative) for the organization to lead the overall environmental management system.
To monitor and ensure legal & regulatory compliance under Sustainability scope.
To plan and carry out Sustainability related improvement projects to meet organisational Sustainability goals.
Vehicle technicians inspect, test and maintain vehicles, motorcycles, engine tune-ups and tyre replacements. They repair engine failures, lube replacements. Vehicle technicians replace vehicle components and evaluate warranty options.
