- About UsContech Concrete Solution (M) Sdn Bhd is a concrete product certification specialist. We provide consultancy services helping various customers obtain the building material certificates required under CIDB regulation.Tasks & Responsibilities- Follow up and compile audit application documents daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Handle and manage customer enquiries related to application documents; understand audit requests and instructions efficiently.- Liaise with Managing Director to coordinate audit inspection schedules.- Assist and carry out pre-audit inspections at customer sites.- Follow up with customers to ensure timely submission of samples for laboratory testing, and maintain proper records.- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation systems.- Must have own transport (car/motorcycle).- Opportunity to travel locally across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak as required (with extra travel allowance).
