The car sharing platform offers a variety of options to users, including hourly, daily, and long-term rentals of vehicles. Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of the Car Chilli app. This role requires the ability to partner with cross-functional teams including product, sales and leadership to help define and communicate the value of Car Chilli’s solutions for car hirers and renters in Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and PR agencies and alongside the other members of the Car Chilli sales, operations and leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. Responsibilities
Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
Coordinate and manage all internal and external marketing activities
Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
Work closely with leadership team, marketing advisors and external agencies to implement marketing strategies for the business
Develop content of marketing campaigns, social media pages and manage all pages to ensure they are regularly updated with new images, videos and posts.
Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
Work with external suppliers and manage the development of collateral for the business
Manage and allocate budget correctly
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
1 - 2 years of relevant experience in marketing preferably in a similar position and within tech startup or app
Good understanding of the right and most effective marketing mix and channels in the local market including email, digital, social, seo, sem and app store monetization
Digital savviness in terms of executing campaigns over different tools and channels;
Experience with CRM, marketing, and social media tools is an advantage (e.g. Pardot, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
PC proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Zoom)
