The job holder will be responsible for the development and performance of CDC’s website and marketing campaigns across social and offline channels. Job Responsibilities & Duties • Take ownership of community management and social media platforms to ensure synergy across various platforms. • Oversee day to day management of website and social media accounts: Facebook, Telegram and TikTok, etc. • Artwork conceptualization and content creation for website and social media. • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions, including social media and content marketing to increase brand awareness. • Ensure content created is optimised for platforms whilst adhering to the industry’s best practice. • Devise and initiate social media strategy and engagement to leverage on wider brand marketing campaigns, storytelling, events and activations. • Work closely with various stakeholders to produce creative and innovative content to promote audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Audit and analyse social media metrics - presence, engagement, following and social trends and recommend on any corrective actions / improvements. • Provide insights on social media marketing campaign’s success metrics to justify the value of social media in building the brand. • Support the team in marketing partnerships, advertising and collaborations. • Support the customer service department in answering online enquiries. • Any other relatable duties as assigned. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or any related field. • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, demonstrating a good understanding of marketing principles. Technical Competencies • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Great multi-tasking capabilities and strong organisational skills. • Solid understanding of social media trends, concepts, technologies and best practice and how they impact brand perception and performance. • Experience with management of social media platforms, marketing campaigns and website content. • Must have a creative eye and working knowledge of image and video editing, artwork creation, content creation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
