• Relevant Experience – 1-2 years of experience in building electrical projects (e.g., commercial, residential, or industrial developments). • Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, ELV, and building services. • Project Management Skills – Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical works to meet project timelines and budgets. • AutoCAD / Software Proficiency – Competent in AutoCAD and other engineering software (e.g., BIM, Revit, MS Project). • Site Coordination Experience – Hands-on experience liaising with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors on-site. • Problem-Solving Ability – Capable of troubleshooting technical issues and providing practical engineering solutions during project execution. • Communication Skills – Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
