- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of working experience in food manufacturing, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.Language Proficiency: Spoken and written fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders/team members). Please do not apply if you are not in this category.Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and production-related software such as ERP or Autocount systems.Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of food safety standards and production systems. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple production lines under pressure.Work Schedule & ArrangementsRegular Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Weekend Flexibility: Must be willing to return to work on Saturdays or Sundays if urgent production cases arise.Entitlement: Replacement leave will be provided for any urgent weekend work.
