To assist Factory Manager to supervise the shift which he/she is in-charge of in order to meet the company goal and targets. He/she is responsible for all the process involved in the plant production from the dough preparation to biscuit packing. Also, to lead the production department towards achieving an efficient and smooth daily operation to produce top quality products with lowest cost to support sales and at the same time ensuring compliance to manufacturing procedure and product specifications.

Knowledge in SQL accounting software.

Knowledge of Malaysian tax and regulatory requirements.
