The Account cum Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and account operation support in order to ensure organized business operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To manage day-to-day administrative works (data entry / prepare letters/answer calls / reply emails / and other office administrative works)
- To assist in account activities of the company (filing document / prepare report and billing – invoices/payment voucher/etc.)
- To handle projects salary every month (must be capable in using Microsoft Excel)
- To handle company claims and petty cash
- Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned on urgent matters
REQUIREMENT
- At least 2 years experience in administrative / accounting works
- Fast learner, can work independently with less supervision, and able to work in a team
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Word
To assist in day-to-day Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Transaction.
Monitoring daily staff petty cash.
Monitoring and payroll calculations.
Purchasing of materials. Assists in admin when necessary. The candidate must have at least a Diploma or some Accounting. Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin. Good attitude towards work and able to work independently and reliably.
