Responsibilities:

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by planning, supervising, monitoring, and managing operational KPIs.

• Ensure warehouse operations in compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and GDP procedures. Train and develop warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and long-term performance goals.

• Key Person responsible for Product Master & Warehouse Management System (WMS) setup and database management. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and inventory reports.

• Organize regular inventory stock counts and perform reconciliation to stock records when needed.

• Coordinate with Transport/Forwarding Department on incoming and outgoing cargo movements.

• Ensure high standard of housekeeping and orderliness accordance to 5S principle.

• Responsible to preparation of warehouse weekly & monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or other relevant field.

• At least 2 years related working experience is required for this position.

• Candidates with experience using WMS is preferred.

• Candidates with ability to operate forklift and reach truck will have added advantage.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have basic business writing skill.
