MAIN PROJECT TARGET

• Data Centre Projects.
• Solar Projects.
• Industrial Electrical & Power Projects.
• Underground Power & Utility Works.
• HDD & Open-Cut Works.
• Duct Laying & Manhole Works.
• Civil & Infrastructure Works.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and identify new tender/project opportunities.
• Prepare tender submissions, quotations, BOQ and cost estimates.
• Quantity take-off and pricing based on drawings/specifications.
• Prepare costing for HDD, duct laying, trenching, manholes and civil works.
• Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Attend site visits and assess site conditions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.
• Follow up submitted quotations and tender opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Develop new client and contractor relationships.
• Maintain tender/project opportunity records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years' experience in QS, tendering or construction.
• Experience in underground utilities, HDD, duct laying, electrical/power, solar or data centre projects is an advantage.
• Able to read drawings and perform quantity take-off.
• Good knowledge of construction costing and tender preparation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply as most clients require this.
• Candidates with existing contacts in data centre, solar, industrial electrical, power and utility projects are highly encouraged.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
