Electronic Technical Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded Electronic Technical Assistant to support our technical team in the Powerboard/Mainboard repair,troubleshooting,testing, and servicing of electronic devices, particularly televisions and related electronic equipment.

The successful candidate will assist technicians in diagnosing faults, handling electronic components, performing basic repairs, and ensuring all work is completed safely and according to company standards.Manage a spare part stock for inventory and online sales

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in diagnosing and repairing Smps Power board/Main board/Pcb board
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting using electronic testing tools.
• Assist with the replacement of electronic components, backlight strips, circuit boards, and other spare parts.
• Support technicians during TV dismantling, assembly, and repair procedures.
• Carry out basic soldering and electronic component replacement when required.
• Inspect repaired units to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Maintain and organize tools, spare parts, and technical equipment.
• Record repair details, parts used, and testing results.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and technical instructions.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Manage sparepart stock for online sales

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and troubleshooting.
• Interest in learning TV repair and electronic servicing.
• Able to use basic electronic testing equipment.
• Willing to learn soldering, component replacement, and repair techniques.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in TV repair or electronics servicing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
