We're Hiring: Industrial Engineer | KLIA | Up to MYR 7,500

Location: KLIA Area

Salary: Up to MYR 7,500/month

Contract: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

Industrialize depot maintenance activities and processes

Develop and optimize work instructions, BOMs, layouts, task sequences, and industrial documentation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and ergonomics

Support project execution while ensuring compliance with railway safety and EHS standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance and operational performance

We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Methods Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering

Experience in the railway industry

Knowledge of maintenance operations, industrialization processes, and technical documentation

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, and process improvement initiatives

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (BOM, Routing, Configuration Management)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Candidates with hands-on experience in railway maintenance, rolling stock, depot operations, signalling, transportation, or rail infrastructure projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
