Job Title: Optician

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct eye tests and refraction
• Recommend suitable lenses and frames based on customers’ needs
• Provide professional eyewear consultation
• Handle fitting, adjustment and basic after-sales service
• Assist with daily shop operations and sales
• Maintain good customer service and follow company SOP

Requirements:

• Qualified / experienced Optician
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Optical retail experience is an advantage
