Role Description This Management Trainee role will be based in Puchong. Our Management Trainee Program is designed to equip fresh graduates and early-career professionals with the skills and experience needed to become future business leaders. Trainees will get the experience to contribute to strategic projects, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world business challenges under the guidance of senior leadership. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably Food Science / Food Technology / Business / Marketing / Finance or any relevant disciplines)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to maximum of 2 years working experiences may apply
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Leadership potential, adaptability, and a strong drive to learn
• Malaysian citizens only
