• RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in providing day-to-day IT support to employees on hardware, software and system-related matters.
• Support basic troubleshooting of computers, printers, network connectivity and other IT equipment.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and updating of hardware and software.
• Assist in maintaining ICT asset records, inventory and related documentation.
• Support user account, system access and ICT administration activities.
• Assist in monitoring ICT systems and escalating technical issues to the relevant team.
• Support ICT projects, system enhancements and digitalisation initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating with ICT vendors and service providers where required.
• Prepare and maintain ICT reports, documentation and user guides.
• Perform other ad-hoc ICT assignments as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Suitable academic backgrounds: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or other related disciplines.
