Join our GBDS Finance team as a Finance Intern and gain hands-on experience in month-end closing, reporting, audits and accounting activities. This opportunity is ideal for Finance or Accountancy students who are willing to work in Petaling Jaya.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Finance Intern . This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and mentorship to help prepare you for a successful career in finance.

Overall Responsibilities

• Support month-end operational activities within the assigned finance function.
• Prepare reports accurately and on time for functional teams and operating companies (OpCos).
• Participate in compliance audits and provide responses to audit queries.
• Assist with and perform General Accounting and Financial Accounting tasks as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Supportive and collaborative, with the ability to share workload when needed.
